Tourists from Sydney

On 26 July 2017, I guided a lovely family from Sydney. Firstly, we visited a local market and saw many fresh produce especially tropical fruits, vegetables, seafood, and meat. It was an experience walking through the busy alleyways and jostling among the crowds. Next stop was the Thien Hau temple with its beautiful and intricate architecture. We also took the trishaw ride. Then, we took a drive and visited the riverside and saw the contrast between the poor stilt houses and the high-rise apartments. After a delicious Vietnamese home-cooked lunch we visited the War Remnants Museum, the Dong Khoi area where the General Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral and the former CIA building were located.  Next, we saw the Opera House, Rex Hotel, and the City Hall. It was my privilege to show my beautiful city to Rebecca and her family. Hope to see you again in the future. Cheers mate!
