​I am a licensed tour guide in Ho Chi Minh City. ​I specialize in tours around Ho Chi Minh City, Cu Chi Tunnels, Mekong Delta, and some parts of South Central Vietnam like Da Lat, Mui Ne, and Nha Trang. I also do tours in Hoi An, Da Nang, and Hue. In 2018, 2019 and 2020, TripAdvisor awarded me the prestigious Certificate of Excellence. In 2024 and 2025, I received the Travelers' Choice Award from TripAdvisor.

After seeing the reviews on trip advisor a d cruise critic we emailed Xuan about the option of a tour from our port in Chan May, Danang. Communication was excellent and booking was easy. Xuan kept in contact up to the date of the tour and we also received WhatsApp from the local guide meeting us. The transport was exceptional- aircon bus with fridge cool waters and WiFi, very comfortable. Our bus driver and tour guide Tuan were great as we travelled with our two 6 year old sons. The day was busy starting at 8am and visiting all the key sights including the ling pagoda and standing lady Buddha, marble mountains, dragon bridge before heading to have lunch in a great restaurant in Hoi An. We spent the afternoon walking around on a guided tour before heading back to the bus. We saw several historic buildings and the Japanese bridge. Our guide was very knowledgeable and also engaging for the kids too. I would thoroughly recommend Xuan over cruise tours as they are extremely high quality and you get to see so much.

We visited Vietnam on a cruise in January 2020 and used Xuan's guide services in HCM. He was fantastic! We just returned to Vietnam on a cruise in January 2025 and immediately contacted Xuan for a possible tour in Hue/Da Nang. As always, he was extremely responsive and provided us with an exceptional tour of the area! Xuan is one of the best tour guides we ever had! His professionalism, personality and knowledge radiate throughout the entire booking process and actual tour. Thanks to his assistance we were able to avoid much of the crowds, see much more than the cruise ship excursions and enjoy delicious local, handmade dumplings. Plus his English and sense of humor are spot on. In summary, I can highly recommend Xuan (pronounced "Soon") and would absolutely use him again if we were ever to return to Vietnam!

We are returned guests and we were thrilled to be touring with Xuan again. He organized an excursion for us in Da Nang with Lap, and we had an excellent day there visiting Monkey Mountain, Marble Mountain, and Hoi An. What a fabulous day we had! Great tours with Xuan. When our cruise ship arrived in Ho Chi Minh City, Xuan was waiting and greeted us like family. We had a fabulous tour to the Mekong Delta, which included a boat ride on a private boat, visiting some fruit farms and tasting some. We rode in a wooden row boat, a tuk tuk and had a delicious lunch at a Vietnamese restaurant on the river. What a fabulous day!! Thank you, Xuan. If we return to Vietnam, we will reach out to you again.
